Material: Blades are spalted sugar maple wood and handles are black walnut; both types of wood are milled in New England.
Approximate Dimensions: L 9 1/4" x W 1 1/4" (at the blade) x 1/4"D, each knife varies slightly in size
Care instructions: Hand wash only with soap and water and treat every so often (about once a month) with a light coat of conditioner or mineral oil. If properly cared for, you will enjoy your cheese knife for many years of use and enjoyment.
