From Pop-Up to permanently HOME… For those of you who have been following Piper and Dune, you know that we opened our Holiday Pop-Up Shop in Southbury, Connecticut on Halloween. After just six weeks, this community has been so supportive and kind, and it is because of all of your encouragement that we’ve decided to stay open right here in Southbury, and call it Piper and Dune’s official home. As planned, we will be open until 3pm on Christmas Eve, then we will close for the month of January while we renovate the store, and expand into the adjoining empty storefront. We hope to carve out a space in the rear of the store to better support our growing on-line business and to enlarge our retail selling area as well. We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us in our Bennett Square location. We think the space feels like right for Piper and Dune - the store is all on one level, and it allows our customers easy access in and out of the store without battling the traffic and parking issues that are common at the bigger shopping centers in town.
Be sure to “like” us on Facebook and “follow us” on Instagram. We will be sharing pictures of our store’s transformation with you and will introduce you to some new lines too.
In the meantime, we have just two weeks until Christmas, so it is time to start shopping! As a reminder, to receive your Christmas gifts by 12/24 the shipping deadline is 12/15 to send your packages via regular ground delivery. You can shop on-line through 12/23 if you are picking up your packages in-store or if you selected local delivery to: Southbury, Woodbury, Oxford or Middlebury. As always, you can call in an order to the store (475) 207-1087 as well.
In keeping with our strategy of helping you find gifts that are activities, we have lots of new things for you this week - puzzles, paint-by number kits, books and games.
We also have some beautiful champagne flutes, unique whiskey glasses, and granite tea lights and chilling stones gifts made in NH to make any celebration complete. We have more books, jewelry and accessories on the way too!
