Gert & Co is a fun, playful brand representing the designer Jill's personal approach to decorating her home and life. By adding pops of color and uplifting design throughout her home, it makes every day feel like a reason to celebrate! I'm inspired by champagne happy hours, celebrating the little things, in her home state of Maine (Portland), and sunny days. She's an avid traveler, never takes herself too seriously, and she's a lover of all things COLOR. Gert & Co celebrates life through bold, bright patterns. Jill uniquely blend various paint mediums with graphic design to create whimsical motifs & bring a pop of fun to the world. Fun Fact: She chose the name Gert & Co to incorporate pieces of both her Grandmother (Mimi) and Mother who fostered her love for color & creating ever since she was a little girl. It also playfully nods to my love for my mini-goldendoodle, Gertrude.
