  • Will products be exactly as pictured? Products made by local Artisans are perfectly imperfect. They are handmade; each piece is made individually and sizes, colors and other variations might vary slightly between what is pictured online and what is received.

Shipping

Got a question on our shipping policy? We tried to answer a few of them. 

  • When will my order be shipped? Most products leave our warehouse within 2 business days, please allow additional time for ground transportation.
  • When will my order be delivered? Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground delivery (unless an expedited service is chosen). Standard shipping is usually delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations.
  • Where do we ship? 
    • The U.S., Canada and Mexico.  Please note: Customers are responsible for all customs fees or taxes for International shipments.
    • Valid Street addresses
    • All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US Territories)
  • Shipping Costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the merchandise total costs and the selected shipping method.
  • What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed? We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted.
  • Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address? Absolutely! When you set up your Piper and Dune account, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
  • Can I ship a product that is in my cart to a different address?  Yes, but you must clearly list the address in the Notes field. You must include the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • City, State, Zip Code
    • Email of Recipient
    • Phone Number
    • Could my purchases be sent to me in multiple shipments? Yes, if you ordered a number of items that don’t fit into one box, or we are shipping your item from different warehouse locations you may receive different shipments.
    • How will I know which size will fit? Check out our size charts to help determine what will work best for you and/or your loved ones. Please find more information about sizing in our size charts.

    Piper and Dune wants you to be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you need to return or exchange your item:

    • Please mail your return to: Piper and Dune LLC, 385 Main Street South, Suite 404-199, Southbury, CT 06488

    • We accept Returns within 30 days of purchase; customers may choose a shipping carrier of their choice. Please return the items in the original packaging, if possible.

    • If you are exchanging your product for a different style or size, Piper and Dune will ship your replacement order at no additional shipping cost. However, please adhere to the following guidelines:

    • The product must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags uncut or the product(s) or will be deemed ineligible for a credit.

    • Piper and Dune reserves the right to reject the returned product if they have been worn or deemed damaged after they are received.

    • Piper and Dune will exchange/return any product one time for any given order.
