About the Artist:
Nicole resides in the foothills of Connecticut. She has been influenced by the New England landscape from an early age. She loves the rolling hills and big barns that dot our gorgeous countryside. You’ll often see barns and New England scenes within her art.
She prefers to paint watercolor or gouache as a medium but dabbles in acrylic and oil on canvas. She is mostly known for her whimsical house paintings.
Before she became a full-time artist she was a writer for the Connecticut Post and Litchfield Magazine. She is a social media influencer for her brand New England Weekender, sharing the best places to eat, stay & play across New England through photography and storytelling.
She is forever grateful to the people in her life who influenced and encouraged my career in the arts. It wasn’t until I became a mom of twins that I felt the courage to pursue painting full time. I believe that life has a certain way of providing obstacles and circumstances to help you on your divine path.
