New England Hot Fudge Company was formed in 2011 due to the difficulty in finding a true all-natural hot fudge sauce. Their artisan dessert toppings are slow-cooked and handmade the old-fashioned way. Produced in small batches, they are able to focus on achieving a perfect balance in taste, consistency, and texture. They take pride in using the highest quality ingredients while still being locally-friendly. Area farms supply them with the morning's freshest cream and butter that goes into every batch of chocolate and caramel sauce they make. New England Hot Fudge strives for a more traditional approach, using simplicity and natural ingredients for their recipes and cooking. While traveling throughout New England, they've found other small businesses that can source some of our ingredients, such as sea salt from Newport, RI, to Boston Rum and, of course, Maple Syrup from Vermont.
